Following the destruction of your documents, a Certificate of Destruction is issued and provided to you confirming the destruction and recycling of your information. All shredded material is recycled at Hanna Paper Recycling (NAID “AAA” Certified).
We are compliant with HIPAA and the provisions of regulation 201CMR17.00: Standards for the Protection of Personal Information of Residents of the Commonwealth.
