Our job-skill training programs host volunteer teams from 10 high school’s special education departments. There, participants are mentored and provided an atmosphere where they can gain real hands-on training and help sharpen the skills many employers seek.
Mansfield Shredding hires internally from these programs and 75% of our work force are people who were hired internally from these volunteer programs.
